What Is It?
Void Alarm is a robust, wireless alarm system designed for monitoring vacant and vulnerable properties, on a short or long-term basis.

The vandal-proof solid steel control box is securely installed and concealed within the property, with internal battery packs that self-power it for up to 12 months. It is armed by a key-switch and receives wireless signals from passive infra-red (PIR) detectors strategically positioned to cover likely access points, such as doors, windows and sky-lights. The armed system then waits and monitors!

How Does It Work?
Until one of it’s PIRs is triggered by movement within the property! The Void Alarm control panel then sends an immediate signal over the GSM (mobile) network to the alarm receiving centre (ARC), manned 24/7 to despatch a local uniformed patrol officer from the large network positioned throughout the country, to immediately attend the site and deal with the intrusion.

What Are The Benefits?
Void Alarm allows you to monitor the integrity of properties that have no power or telephone lines, which traditional alarms would not be able to do. However, unlike the alarm bells of domestic systems, which are too-often ignored by neighbours and considered a nuisance, the Void Alarm system makes no noise – and is never ignored! No Telephone Line Either? Still No Problem!
On alarm activation the Void Alarm system will signal* our central station using its own independent GSM mobile communication system for an immediate response, which means it is perfect for vacant properties that have no telephone communication. In addition, it can be configured to send a warning text to up to 5 nominated individuals, key-holders or emergency contacts.
