We value your feedback and one of the real privileges in our line of work is seeing our customers not only secure in their security, but satisfied in our services.
We received a lovely recommendation from John Paddock of Greets Green Community Enterprises Ltd and we thought we would share it with you.
“My company owned a vacant, two storey office block located in an industrial area and protected by a un-monitored alarm system. Having suffered significant damage from a break-in by metal thieves who, among other things – stripped the majority of power cables, I turned to Secure Site [UK] Ltd, to provide the security we needed to prevent further criminal damage to a vulnerable property with no power to run a hardwired alarm system.
From the outset, Secure Site were fast and highly efficient. My initial inquiry was met with a professional, helpful and personalised service which gave me confidence that the system they recommended would provide the security I needed. Within a few hours their technician arrived on site and, in less than two hours, the system was operational.
Their comprehensive, tailored offer represents excellent value for money and due to the provision of real-time video clips and a call from their monitoring station being received within a minute of activation, I was able to call the police to report an ‘in progress’ crime – generating an immediate response. On the three further break-ins the police were on site within minutes resulting on two of these occasions in the criminals being caught and charged and on the third just narrowly failing to apprehend the fleeing thieves.
Having recently sold the property and calling Secure Site to cancel the cover, I was met with similar efficiency. Within an hour of the call I had a technician calling me to arrange removal of the equipment and an email from their accounts department confirming the reimbursement of the balance on our account.
Excellent!”
