Secure Site engineers have recently started the installation of our VideoGuard system at Anston House, Brighton, East Sussex. This follows removal of the latest unintended occupants, who attempted to live in the vacant property.
Inauspiciously named ‘Brighton’s ugliest building’, Anston House, was acquired by one of our clients in 2015 and had been vacant prior to this for over 25 years, with a number of failed planning applications undertaken during this time. Anston House will be re-modelled and transformed into new flats.
Our VideoGuard system uses wireless motion sensing video cameras to capture live footage of intruders, vandals or thieves; even at night using built-in infra-red illumination. Once triggered, it immediately sends 10 seconds of encrypted video via the GSM network to a central monitoring station manned by security professionals 24/7, to verify the trigger and alert key-holders or the police.
